1. How to place an order?
Once you finish the product selection, please send us your order including: items code, quantity, shipping method, destination port, etc. We will respond by email as soon as possible, to provide you a copy of your detailed order with pricing, payment term, estimated production time, and other information upon requested. 2. Do you do custom orders and designs?
Yes. In addition to the products as shown on our regularly updated website, if you have your own designs or ideas, please send us. Together we will make your ideas come to reality.
3. Do you have items available in stock for immediate delivery?
No. We do not have items available in stock. Each customer, each market has different tastes as well as requirements, so in case you want specific designs, an order will need to be made.
4. Can you send samples?
Yes. We are happy to supply samples for free if there are just a couple of samples and the sample cost is competitive small. However, if the sample cost is dozens of USD, we would request for a fee.
5. Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We have a showroom in Gia Lam, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
6. Can I visit you?
Yes. If would like visit our showroom or factory, please contact us to make an appointment.
7. Do you take care of the shipping arrangements as well?
Yes. We can ship your orders to anywhere in the world and in any shipping method upon your requests.
8. How long does it take to deliver the products that I have ordered?
The delivery time will depend on the quantity order as well as the delivery zone.
9. How long will it take to make my order?
Production lead time will depend on the size and complexity of the order itself. Please let us know the products you need and the quantity as well, we can advise a production schedule.
10. How much will the shipping charge be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the shipping method you would like to use. When inquiring about shipping charges, we will ask for your further information such as your expected order quantity, your preferred method of shipping (air or sea) and your nearest international port or airport. This will not obligate you in any way, but it will enable us to obtain a quotation based on the information provided.
